Guia MIGANI

Guia Migani is Associate Professor at the François-Rabelais university (Tours). After a thesis on French decolonization in Sub-Saharan Africa and the beginnings of a policy of European cooperation, she specialized in the relations between Europe, Africa, and the Mediterranean. Her current research focuses on the evolution of European development aid between the Cold War and globalization. She recently published (with E. Bussière) Les années Barroso (Paris: Tallandier, 2014), and edited (with L. Mechi and F. Petrini) Networks of Global Governance: International Organisations and European Integration in a Historical Perspective (Newcastle: Cambridge Scholar Publishing, 2014). She has also published a number of articles on the Lomé Convention, as well as Euro-Mediterranean relations, as well as France and European development aid.
