Arnaud Baubérot is Associate Professor of Modern History at l’université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC), and a researcher at the Centre de recherche en histoire européenne comparée (CRHEC). His research examines the social and cultural history of the relation to nature, the history of youth movements, and the history of popular cultures during the modern period. For the last six years, he has co-led with Florence Tamagne (IRHis) a seminar on the social history of rock. His most recent research explores the history of astrology during the nineteenth and twentieth centuries.
