Charlotte CHAULIN

Charlotte Chaulin holds a masters degree in cultural and religious history from Sorbonne Université. She wrote a first research thesis on the demonization of the heretical body in the Middle Ages, and a second one on the relation between Catholicism and eugenics in France during the interwar period (“Améliorer la race humaine ? Les catholiques français face à l’eugénisme, 1919-1942,” under the supervision of Matthieu Brejon de Lavergnée in 2018). She is a journalist at Herodote.net, and also writes for history magazines (Ça m’intéresse, Histoire and GeoHistoire).
