Françoise SALVADORI

The holder of a doctorate in pharmacy and a doctorate in science, Françoise Salvadori is Associate Professor of immunology at Université de Bourgogne. Her research focuses firstly on the immunity of HIV patients at Institut Pasteur, and secondly on anti-cancer immunity as part of INSERM in Dijon. In recent years her work has taken an interest in HSS (CIMEOS laboratory). In collaboration with Laurent-Henri Vignaud, she has worked on an unprecedented archival collection, the translation of contemporary research notebooks created upon Pasteur’s request, a good example of the bibliography of a nineteenth-century scientist. More recently, they jointly published a study on past and present opposition to vaccination entitled Antivax. La résistance aux vaccins du xviiie siècle à nos jours (Paris, Vendémiaire, 2019).
