Joël MOURIC

Born in 1965, with a Ph.D. and an agrégation (an advanced teaching degree) in history, Joël Mouric is an associate researcher at the University of Western Brittany, in Brest. He won the 2011 Raymond Aron Prize for the dissertation, supervised by Fabrice Bouthillon, that he defended in 2010. His publications include a translation of Die Strategie des Perikles, a book by Hans Delbrück, that was published in French as La stratégie oubliée (“The Forgotten Strategy”) (Paris: Economica, 2015) and, with Fabrice Bouthillon and Matthias Oppermann, Nationalisme, libéralisme et post-modernité : Raymond Aron et la défense de la liberté (Paris: Éditions de Fallois, 2016).
