Linda GUERRY

Linda Guerry holds a doctorate in history. She has notably published Le genre de l’immigration et de la naturalisation. L’exemple de Marseille (1918-1940) (Lyon, ENS Éditions, 2013). She is interested in the history of migratory policies and access to nationality using a social and transnational history approach, particularly with respect to the variability of gender systems during the twentieth century. She is also working on the role of women in the fashioning of migration policies and legislation, as well as the emergence of a social approach to migratory policies and its circulation from the 1880s to the 1930s.
