Régis SCHLAGDENHAUFFEN

Régis Schlagdenhauffen is Associate professor (maître de conférences) at the School of Advanced Studies in Social Sciences (EHESS) where he holds the chair of sociohistory of sexual categories. His doctoral thesis (defended in 2009 at the University of Strasbourg and Humboldt University in Berlin) entitled The Commemoration of the Homosexual Victims of Nazism won the award by the Auschwitz Foundation in 2010 and was published under the title Triangle rose (Autrement, 2011). Since 2012, he has been actively collaborating in the LabEx EHNE initiative within the “Gender & Europe” research group. In 2017, he co-published the book Homosexuel-le-s en Europe au temps de la Seconde Guerre mondiale (Nouveau Monde Éditions, 2017).
