Romain JAOUEN

Romain Jaouen is a doctoral student at the Centre d’histoire de Sciences Po (CHSP). He is working on the control of homosexuality in France during the twentieth century. The holder of an agrégation in history, in 2016 he received the Mnémosyne prize for women’s and gender history for his Master’s thesis entitled L’inspecteur et l’inverti. La police face aux sexualités masculines à Paris, 1919-1940 (Rennes, PUR, 2018).
