Gregory VOSS

W. Gregory Voss is Associate Professor of Business Law at TBS Business School in Toulouse, France, and teaches on TBS’s Toulouse and Barcelona campuses. His research interests include the legal issues surrounding new technologies, especially EU law regarding the fundamental rights to privacy and data protection. In this context, he is interested in the law’s impact on cross-border data flows.

Voss holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School, a D.E.S.S. (Master 2) Droit et systèmes d’information from the Université Toulouse I Capitole, and a BSFS in International Economics from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.

Voss is a member of the Board of Directors of the Association Française Droit et Management, an associate member of the Institut de recherche en droit européen, international et compare (IRDEIC), and a Staff Editor of the American Business Law Journal, among other activities.
