Marie-Pierre REY

A former student of the ENS, Marie-Pierre Rey is Professor of Russian and Soviet History and director of the Centre de recherches en histoire des Slaves at the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Her most recent works include: 1814. Un tsar à Paris (Flammarion, 2014); L’effroyable tragédie. Une nouvelle histoire de la campagne de Russie (Flammarion, 2012), prix de la Fondation Napoléon, published in Czech (2013) and Russian (2015); Alexandre Ier (Flammarion, 2009 and 2013) winner of an award from l’Académie des sciences morales et politiques, published in English (NIUP, 2012) and Russian (ROSSPEN, 2013).
