Bibia PAVARD

Bibia Pavard is Associate Professor of Modern History at l’université Panthéon-Assas, and a researcher at the Centre d’analyse et de recherche interdisciplinaires sur les médias (CARISM, Center for Media Analysis and Interdisciplinary Research). She is a specialist on the political and cultural history of France during the second half of the twentieth century, especially the history of feminisms. She has notably published: Si je veux, quand je veux. Contraception et avortement dans la société française (1956-1979) (Rennes: PUR, 2012); Luttes de femmes. 100 ans d’affiches féministes (Paris: Les échappés, 2015) (with Michelle Zancarini-Fournel); and Mai 68 (Paris: Puf, coll. "Que sais-je?", 2018).
